As a postpartum doula, my goal is to assist you with your needs surrounding newborn care and maternal recovery. It can be helpful to know that these may look slightly different for each person. Working together, we will create a specialized plan for you and your family. Listed below are some components of postpartum care that may be of interest.

In-home postpartum care occurs after the birth of the baby. My services typically range from 1-4 weeks, where I will come into the home and assist your family. Families may schedule up to 4 days a week depending on availability.

*Please note that during the COVID-19 pandemic I am only working with two families on rotation at a time.
